In front of us stands a small greenhouse. Inside, rows of tomatoes, cucumbers, and squash are carefully cultivated.  <\/p>\n<p>Just a few months ago, this land did not allow her to generate any income. Rita used it to grow grass to feed her livestock, with no real prospects for development.<\/p>\n<p>Last January, thanks to the support of CIAO KIDS and its local partners, she received a greenhouse.<br \/>\nA simple change on the surface, yet a transformative one.<\/p>\n<p>Today, everything has changed. Rita grows her own vegetables and sells them to local schools, directly contributing to children\u2019s school meals.<br \/>\nShe now earns an income, gains independence, and most importantly, regains control over her daily life while providing for her family.<br \/>Each harvest represents a new source of income and stability, and we realize how a single act of support can turn into a lasting opportunity. <\/p>\n<p>She is a powerful example of these women who move forward, support one another, and build\u2014step by step\u2014their independence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Sindhupalchok, Nepal, we met Rita.
